The Backwards Cross, Swing, Open is an awesome combo that I cover with my jumpers all the time on coaching sessions! The hand that is underneath in the Cross should stay underneath as you go into the Swing This is very, very tricky and it feels like you're restraining yourself from putting in more effort Don't go crazy and swing your arms out super wide! Keep your hands close to you as you bring them into the Swing If you do this correctly, the hand that is underneath in the Swing will pull the rope all the way around so that you finish in that backward Single! I also have two other ways to help you level up your jump skills: 👉 A free 14-Day Kickstart for brand new beginner jumpers that includes 30+ modules on the skills and information you NEED TO KNOW as you’re first starting out! I explain the best ropes, worst ropes, avoiding injury, how to jump correctly, the best footwork to start with, and a few of the best beginner skills! https://www.natekg.com/kickstart-ytso/ 👉 A free Beginner Combo Guide with 70 of the best beginner combos (ordered from easiest to hardest)!
