Beginner EB Swing Combo 👉 Jump Rope Tutorial (notes in description) #jumprope
Here’s each step of this combo: 👉 Side Swing (standing) 👉 EB Swing (standing) 👉 Side Swing (standing) 👉 EB Swing (standing) 👉 Side Swing (standing) 👉 Stall 👉 Backwards Single 👉 Backwards Straddle Stall 👉 Basic Cross Remember that when you do EB swings, you actually do a regular Side Swing first, then the Swing after that is technically your EB Swing Remember to use that back hand to rotate the rope and to help bring it around your body Slow the rope down before you want to stop it on that stall. If you try to slow down once the Swing hits the floor, it's too late! When you go into that Backward Straddle Stall you should point your wrists at the ground behind you, underneath your waist If you point your wrist at the ground, it's a lot easier to slow the rope down at the correct time and get a nice clean direction change Then you can bring the rope up over your head and pull it down into that final Cross to finish! This one does take a little bit of finesse, but make sure you practice slowly so you can feel what’s happening with the rope!
