So there's actually two ways to do a Backwards EB Cross… 👉 The first version is where you immediately pull the rope into the Backwards EB position Your hands move over to the side as you bring your hand behind your back and pull the rope immediately underneath your heels This is usually the trickiest one for jumpers to pick up at first You want to make sure that you pull the rope up at your shoulder, that way the rope stays nice and vertical and you can push it straight down behind your body 👉 The second version happens by doing an EB swing to start, then pulling the rope around and into the EB Cross So you put your hand behind your back in the EB Swing position The rope swings next to your body, and then you pull the rope up and over your head and into that Backwards EB Cross This one tends to be a little bit easier to pick up at first! But… Regardless of the one that you choose to do, you want to make sure you're doing it on purpose! It’s very easy to switch these versions on accident haha So as you're practicing, make sure you're going very slowly and taking video so you know exactly which version of the Backwards EB that you're doing! ✅ FREE Beginner Combo Guide + 7 Days of Exclusive Coaching: https://www.natekg.com/intro-challeng... ✅ FREE 14-Day Program for Day One Beginners: https://www.natekg.com/kickstart-yto/ ✅ Schedule a coaching session with me: https://calendly.com/natekg-coaching/... --------------------------------------------------------- This is the jump rope I recommend you use: https://www.natekg.com/recommended-ropes Come hang out with me on Instagram! / nate_kg JUMP ROPE PODCAST 🎙️ Spotify https://open.spotify.com/show/5WNkOii... 🎙️ Apple https://podcasts.apple.com/my/podcast... 🎙️ Google https://bit.ly/Google_NKGPodcast
