Mic Release To EB Swing 👉 Jump Rope Tutorial (notes in description) #jumprope

The Mic to an EB Swing is an awesome combo that I cover with most of the jumpers I coach! Here’s some tips to help learn this: Catch the Mic Release in a Side Swing next to your body. This Swing is kind of hard to see, but you want to catch the rope really low. The hand that catches the handle should be pointing at the floor. This will make it way easier to transition into that EB position! Even though the rope does not actually go underneath your feet, you do want to make sure that you're jumping every single time the rope strikes the floor. This will help you keep a very clean rhythm as you do this combo. I also have two other ways to help you level up your jump skills: 👉 A free 14-Day Kickstart for brand new beginner jumpers that includes 30+ modules on the skills and information you NEED TO KNOW as you’re first starting out! I explain the best ropes, worst ropes, avoiding injury, how to jump correctly, the best footwork to start with, and a few of the best beginner skills! https://www.natekg.com/kickstart-ytso/ 👉 A free Beginner Combo Guide with 70 of the best beginner combos (ordered from easiest to hardest)!
