In this combo, I’m doing: 👉 Backwards EB Swing 👉 Backwards Mic 180 👉 Mamba As you do this combo: 👉 Drop your EB hand low, below your hip 👉 Pull the rope across your body (don’t let go on the same side as your turning hand) 👉 Once you release the rope on the correct side of your body, turn 180 and do a forward Mic on the same side as your turning hand 👉 Start turning your body as you are letting go of the rope 👉 Pull the rope out of your releasing hand instead of trying to throw the handle into the release 👉 Use your wrist to rotate the rope as it transitions from side to side in the Mamba, and finish in a single under!
