EB To Mic Combo 👉 Jump Rope Tutorial (notes in description) #jumprope

The EB Cross directly into a Mic Release is a really cool combo, but it's really tricky because there's no extra Side Swing before the release This is going to act very differently than the Mics you're probably used to So make sure you wait for the rope to come up next to your head, then let go of the rope Then use your wrist to control the rope. Don't try to power through this by using your entire arm to move the rope Don't throw the rope into the Mic Release.
