This combo is one of my absolute favorites to do in my own jumping! Here’s some tips: Start by doing a Backwards EB, then move your front hand under your leg for a Leg Hook. That arm should go underneath on the same side, and then let go of the handle to get into the Backwards Mic Release This flows really well if you do it correctly, but you have to make sure that the front hand does not swing out super far away from your body. It should go right next to your hip and underneath your leg You don't want to throw the rope really far away from you. Use your turning hand to pull the rope out of your hand and into that Backwards Mic for a smooth release And at the very end, you actually catch the rope into a Backwards swing and then finish in a Backwards Single Under!
