Wheat Halwa|Simple & Tasty Atte ka Halwa in Urdu and Hindi by Kitchen Climbers Ingredients: Atta/Wheat Flour-1 cup Ghee - 1 cup Sugar - 1 cup Kaju/Cashew nuts - 15 Ilaichi Powder-1 tsp Step-1 Procedure: Add sugar in a sauce pan, water, cardamom powder and dissolve. Maintain flame in medium to low. Now it is ready to use. Step-2 Procedure: Add Pure ghee to the pan, fry the cashew nuts and take it into a separate bowl. Into the same ghee add wheat flour and fry till the flour get desired color. Now add sugar syrup and stir continuously till the ghee oozes out. Now the halwa is ready to serve. Thanks for visiting...
