Aloo Samosa | Punjabi Samosa | Perfect Street Style Samosa in Urdu & Hindi by Kitchen Climbers Step-1 Ingredients: All Purpose Flour - 400 g Ajwain - 1/2 tsp Salt as per taste Water Procedure-1: Take All Purpose flour in a plate, add boiling oil/ghee and mix it. Then add ajwain and salt as per taste add water bit by bit and make it into a hard dough. Cover it with a wet cloth and let it rest for 30 min. Step-2 Process: Ingredients for filling: Boiled Potatoes - 500 g Onion/Payaaz - 1 No. BS Oil - 1 Tbs Chopped Green Chilies - 1 Tbs Crushed Coriander/Dhaniya-1 tsp Cumin Seeds/ Zeera - 1 tsp Red chili powder -1/2 tsp Turmeric/Hanldi - 1/4 tsp Curry Leaves - Few Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp Salt as per taste G&G Paste - 1 tsp Zeera Powder - 1/4 tsp Lemon Juice – 2-3 tsp Fresh Coriander - 1/2 bunch Procedure-2: To the oil add Onion and sauté, then add all the mention ingredients one by one and suate for while final add boiled potatoes, lemon juice and fresh coriander and switch off the flame, cool down the mixture. Procedure-3: Make small portions of the dough and roll into a oval shape. now cut it into 2 equal halves and make it into a shape of a cone. Now add the filling into the cone and apply water to the edges and seal it properly in the shape of a samosa. Let the samosa rest for 15-20 min. Now deep fry the samosas in a heat oil in a low flame.
