Seviyon ka Meetha | Eid Special Seviyon (Vermicelli) ka Meetha in Hindi & Urdu by kitchen Climbers. Ingredients: Vermicelli - 200 g Sugar - 200 g Ghee/Vanaspati - 200 g Milk - 200 ml Cardamom - 4-5 No. Kaju&Badam - 50 g Saffron - 2 Pinch Kesari Yellow color - 2 pinch Procedure-1: Add one cup sugar, one cup of water to a sauce pan and cook on a low flame. When you get a boiling point and add cardamom powder and cook for another 5 min. Now it is ready to use in the next cooking process. Procedure-2: Roughly break the Vermicelli. Add ghee/Vanaspati, vermicelli, stir continuously and fry till it turns golden brown color. Now switch of the flame and pour milk and saffron mix. After mixing well add sugar syrup, dry fruits and cook further till the complete sugar syrup evaporates. Now it is ready to serve. Note: after adding sugar syrup to seviyan cook on high flame till the syrup evaporates and dish reaches to desired consistency. Please subscribe to my channel
