Panjabi Aloo Paratha | Best Dhaba Style Aloo Paratha with tips in Urdu and Hindi by Kitchen Climbers Aloo Paratha Step-1 Ingredients: Gehoon ka Aata/Wheat Flour - 1 cup/200 g Namak/Salt as per taste Tel/Oil - 1 Tbs Ghee - 2 Tbs Step-1 Procedure: To prepare a dough take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil mix the dry ingredients then add water bit by bit and make it into a medium soft dough. Cover it and allow it to rest for 15 minutes. Aloo Paratha Step-2 Ingredients: Boiled Aloo/Potatoes -1Big/200 g Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp zeera/Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp Fresh Dhania/Coriander-1/4 (B) Chat Masala - 1/4 tsp Pyaz/Onion - 1 No. (SS) Coriander Powder - 1/4 tsp Namak/Salt as per taste Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp Green chilis/Hari mirchi - 3 no. Step-2 Procedure: For the filling take a bowl and add boiled potatoes to it and mash so that there are no lumps in it. Now add salt as per taste, red chili powder, chopped green chili, chat masala, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, fresh coriander and mix well. After 15 minutes Knead the dough once again and divided into equal portions Now roll the dough make and fill it with the aloo mixture fold the edges perfectly. Now roll it into a paratha by flipping on ether sides so that the mixture spread evenly in it with a gentle pressure. Take a iron pan when it is very hot add the paratha in it flip it in every 30 sec. apply ghee to it. Cook on high flame till is done or till you get desired color. Now parathas are ready to serve.
