INGREDIENTS • 3 Cup milk • 1 cup evaporated milk • 100ml cream (optional) • 5-6 green cardamom • 1 cup vermicelli • 60 grams butter • 1/2 cup sugar • 2tbsp almonds • 2 tbsp pistachio • 3 tbs dry dates • 1tbsp raisins DESCRIPTION: Add 30-gram butter into a pot and add green cardamom and milk. When the milk starts boiling add sugar and evaporated milk and cook for 10 mints, stir well while cooking. Take another pan and add some butter and add all dry nuts into it and roast. In the same pan add some butter and roast vermicelli for 5 minutes. After 10 minutes add roasted dry nuts and vermicelli into cooked milk and let it cook for further 10 minutes. After 10 minutes Shahi sheer khurama will be ready. Serve warm or cold.
