In this recipe, I teach you how to make achaar gosht. This is the authentic recipe of achaar gosht which is very famous in India, Pakistan and the subcontinent region. This is also called as achari gosht. This can be made with chicken, mutton, lamb, beef or any other meat. Ingredients: • 1 Kg meat • 4 tomatoes • 1 cup Yoghurt • ½ cup oil • 1 tablespoon Fennel seeds • 1 tablespoon onion seeds • ½ teaspoon mustard seeds • ¼ teaspoon fenugreek seeds • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds • Salt (as per your taste) • ½ teaspoon chilli powder • ½ teaspoon crushed red chilli • ¼ teaspoon black pepper • ¼ teaspoon turmeric • ½ teaspoon coriander powder • ½ tablespoon paprika powder • 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste • 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds crushed Chilli masala • ½ teaspoon fennel spoon • ½ teaspoon mustard seeds • ½ teaspoon onion seeds • ½ teaspoon chaat masala • ½ teaspoon paprika powder • 6 green chilies (as per your taste) • ½ lemon Description: Take oil and put ginger garlic paste into it. After cooking a bit add meat to it. Cook for a couple of minutes and add all the spices to it. Cook for a while till oil start coming to the surface. Add tomatoes and yoghurt. Now add water and cook till meat is tender and has been cooked well. Prepare green chillies by adding the paste of chilli masla to them. ON tendering of the meat add chilies to it and cook a bit.
