INGREDIENTS: • 600 grams bitter gourd (500 grams after peeling and cutting) • ½ Kg mince • One tomato • One onion (for masala ) • One onion (for frying later with bitter gourd) • Green chillies two-three chopped • 2tbs Lemon juice • 2 tbs ginger garlic paste • 1 tsp roosted crushed fennel seeds • ½ tsp roasted crushed cumin seeds • 1 tbs roasted crushed coriander seeds • 1 tsp red chilli powder • ½ tsp turmeric powder • 1.1/2 tsp salt as per required • 1 tsp nigella seeds • Oil as required DESCRIPTION: Fry onions in a pot. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry it. Add mince and fry till it changes its colour. Add all the spices and cook. Add tomatoes and cook till dissolved. Add ½ glass water and make sure that mince is cooked. While the mince is getting ready fry bitter gourd and onions in a pan. Add fried bitter gourd and onions to the mince when mince is almost completely cooked. Add lemon juice and green chillies. Dish-out and serve.
