Videso at the end: Dumpukht:    • Dum Pukht || Mutton Rosh || Eid Special ||...   Yakhni Pulao:    • Beef Yakhni Pulao||Daig jaisa pulao ghar p...   Sahi Sheer Khurma:    • Shahi Sheer Khurma || Rabri style || Eid s...   Achaar Gosht:    • Achaar Gosht || Dhaaba Style || Fariha ka ...   INGREDIENTS: • 1 kg lamb/beef/mutton liver • 1 onion finely chopped • 1 cup tomato paste • ¾ cup yoghurt • 2 tbs ginger garlic paste • 2 tbs lemon juice • 1 tbs chopped green chillies • Salt according to your taste • 2 bay leaves • 2 black cardamoms • 3 cloves • 1 tbs fenugreek leaves • ½ tsp chilli powder • ½ tsp black pepper powder • ½ tsp turmeric powder • ½ tsp crushed red chillies • 1 ½ tsp coriander powder • 1tsp Kashmiri red chillies • 1tbs Crushed roasted cumin seeds • ½ cup oil • For Garnish (fresh coriander, green chillies and Julien cut ginger) DESCRIPTION: Add oil in a pot and whole spices then add onions and fry to make them golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add all remaining spices except salt and cook for 2 more minutes. Add yoghurt and cook for 2 minutes on high flame. When oil comes to the surface, add liver and cook on medium-low flame for 8 minutes. Add lemon juice, ginger, green chillies and coriander for garnish. Add salt before serving and after adding salt cook just for a minute. The liver is ready to serve with roti/naan and raita.
