This is an authentic recipe for Bhindi Gosht. Bhindi which is also called as Okra or lady finger is cooked in dhaaba style. This is typical Indian or Pakistani cuisine. Ingredients: • 600g Bhindi (Okra/lady finger) • 600g meat • Salt (as per your taste) • Chili powder (as per your taste) • 1 table spoon roasted crushed Coriander seeds • 1 table spoon roasted crushed Cumin seeds • 1 table spoon kashmiri red chili powder (optional) • Half tea spoon turmeric powder • 1 tea spoon coriander powder • 2-3 Green chilies • 2 table spoons ginger garlic paste • 1 large onion (sliced) • 2 large tomatoes (sliced) • Green chili, tomato and coriander leaves for garnishing Description: Fry Bhindi in oil and put it for later addition to meat. Fry onions and put ginger garlic paste and meat to it. Now fry it and add all the spices. Add tomatoes and cook till meat is completely cooked. You will have to add water to meat for cooking. Once the meat is cooked, dry the water and add bhindi and 1 sliced onion and cook it at the lowest flame. Add garnish and serve with salad, Naan and Raita.
