Dive EB Toad Cross 👉 Beginner Jump Rope Tutorial (notes in description) #jumprope
The Dive EB Toad is an awesome skill and the most important part of this skill is to begin the skill very gently! Don’t slam your hand behind your back right away because this will cause the rope to cut across your body diagonally Instead, leave your back hand tucked next to your hip as you begin the Dive EB Toad Once the rope passes your shoulder and starts to drop to the ground, let your back hand move all the way across your back. Remember that the “Dive” is just a regular jump where one hand goes behind your back immediately (no Side Swings) So take your time doing the Dive first, then jumping the EB Toad after that You should start lifting your toad leg as the rope is by your shoulder. Waiting too long to lift your leg will make this skill really awkward Make sure you keep your leg and chest up during the whole skill, especially as you finish it Remember that you can finish the EB Toad in many different ways, and the most common exits are a Single Under or an EB Swing. Make sure you jump on the same leg the entire time, especially as you finish the Dive EB Toad!
