CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- The Cincinnati Fire Department is looking into pair of suspicious fires in vacant homes in two west side communities. The first one started about 10:30 p.m. Friday at a home on Price Avenue near Summit in East Price Hill. Initially, firefighters were looking at a report of a sparking outlet at one home. Then they looked outside and saw flames shooting out of a home next door. Damage from that fire is estimated at $25,000. About 1:30 a.m. Saturday, crews were called to a home on Staebler Street in Lower Price Hill. When crews got there, flames were shooting out of the building. Neighbors reported hearing loud booms. The fire destroyed the structure. The building was also declared structurally unsound. Follow us on Twitter @Local12 and LIKE us on Facebook for updates.
