Fire in Lower Price Hill called suspicious

LOWER PRICE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) -- Firefighters are calling fire early Thursday morning in Lower Price Hill suspicious. Firefighters say it began at about midnight in a three-story vacant building on Neave and Storrs. Crews say it started on the second floor.
