Final Fantasy IV Playthrough #064, Sealed Cave (3/3), Boss: EvilWall

This is video #064 in my Final Fantasy IV playthrough. Starting in the save chamber on B3F of the Sealed Cave, the party heads down to B4F. The ziplines don't lead anywhere, so they can just go around the perimeter to the bottom, where a path leads north to the stairway leading down to B5F. In the north end of B5F, the final TrapDoor in this hell of a dungeon attacks the party. After destroying it, the party heads north into the Crystal Room. There, they get the final Dark Crystal! All right, we got it before Golbez! Unfortunately, leaving with the crystal triggers a terrible trap before the party can cross the bridge: the EvilWall! This is one of the most annoying bosses in the entire game. Its attacks are not too bad, but it approaches the party swiftly. It can also inflict Petrify on party members. When its left rear vertical surface is lined up with the W in "Wall," it will begin using Crush, which will take out the party one by one. This is obviously a test of time. Cecil, Kain, and Edge should attack nonstop. Edge can also throw Shuriken and Fuma at the wall. Rydia should cast powerful spells, such as tier-three elemental attacks or Leviatan. Rosa should cure the Petrify condition as soon as possible, as well as curing the damage dealt to the party. She may also want to cast Bersk on Cecil or Kain so that they attack automatically, faster, and harder. She can also cast Slow on the EvilWall to slow its advance. When the party has toppled the wall, they head out across the bridge (why couldn't they cross it to flee the wall?) and head out of the Sealed Cave. I don't think the Exit spell will get them out of here, due to a story event. On floor B1F, before the party heads up to the first floor, the party makes sure to unequip Kain. Because, when they get to the first floor, a story event forces Kain and the Dark Crystal to leave the party! That sucks. So, the party heads back to the Dwarven Castle. They will actually talk to King Giott in the next video. To end this video clip, they will get rid of Kain's equipment and otherwise manage their inventory. Thank you for watching!
