Ingredients: Ingredients for Paratha Dough: All-purpose flour (Maida) - 2 cups Semolina (Suji) - 1 tbsp Sugar (Cheeni) - 1 tsp Salt (Namak) - 1/2 tsp Yogurt (Dahi) - 1 tbsp Water (Pani) - 1 cup lukewarm (As needed) Oil (Tel) - 1.5 tbsp Oil for frying Ingredients for Mayo Garlic Sauce: Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup Yogurt (Dahi) - 1/2 cup Ketchup - 4 tbsp Hot sauce /chilli sauce - 2 tbsp Salt (Namak) - 1/4 tsp Dill (Soya) - 1/8 tsp or 2 pinches Garlic (Lehsan) - 2 cloves (Minced) Red chilli flakes (Kuti laal mirch) - 1/2 tsp Garlic powder (Lehsan pisi) - 1 tsp Other ingredients for Assembly: Red Onion (Pyaz) - Rings (As needed) Lettuce (Salat) - Chopped (As needed) Chicken Seekh Kebab - 1/roll Directions: Step 1 - Prepare Dough All-purpose flour (Maida) - 2 cups Semolina (Suji) - 1 tbsp Sugar (Cheeni) - 1 tsp Salt (Namak) - 1/2 tsp Yogurt (Dahi) - 1 tbsp Mix well Water (Pani) - 1 cup lukewarm (As needed) Knead well to form a soft dough Cover and rest for 20 mins After 20 mins Grease dough with 1.5 tbsp of Oil Knead dough Cover and rest for another 20 mins Step 2 - Prepare Mayo Garlic Sauce In a bowl add the following: Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup Yogurt (Dahi) - 1/2 cup (room temperature) Ketchup - 4 tbsp Hot sauce /chilli sauce - 2 tbsp Salt (Namak) - 1/4 tsp Dill (Soya) - 1/8 tsp or 2 pinches Garlic (Lehsan) - 2 cloves (Minced) Red chilli flakes (Kuti laal mirch) - 1/2 tsp Garlic powder (Lehsan pisi) - 1 tsp Mix well Set aside Step 3 - Prepare Poori Paratha Divide dough into 8 portions Make small balls Roll the dough into round parathas Prick with a fork (dock dough) Deep fry on medium-high heat until light golden - 4-5 secs on each side Step 4 - Heat Al Safa Chicken Seekh Kebab Fry on medium - low heat for 3-4 mins in frying pan Or Bake in oven for 4-5 mins at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 177 degrees Celsius OR Heat in microwave for 2-3 mins and serve Step 5 - Assemble Poori Paratha Roll On a paratha Red Onion (Pyaz) - Rings (As needed) Tip: Soak onion in cold water - reduces bitterness Lettuce (Salat ka patta) - Chopped (As needed) Add Chicken Seekh Kebab Add Mayo Garlic Sauce Roll Serve Music: https://www.bensound.com Instagram |   / thefoodfantasyofficial   Facebook |   / thefoodfantasyofficial   Twitter |   / thefoodfantasy1   Don't forget to like, share & subscribe!!!
