ROLL 2 ROTIS AND THEN CUT IN SQUARE SHAPE. 2. APPLY GREEN CHUTNEY ON BOTH ROTIS. 3. SPREAD BOILED GRATED POTATOES, SPRINKLE SOME CHAAT MASALA. 4. SPREAD GRATED CUCUMBER, SLICED CAPSICUM, BOILED GRATED BEETROOT AND SPRINKLE SOME CHAAT MASALA AGAIN. 5. IN THE END PUT SOME DESEEDED SLICED TOMATOES AND COVER WITH OTHER ROTI. 6. SEAL THE EDGES OF BOTH ROTIS TOGETHER WELL AND FOLD THE SIDES WELL. 7. ROAST THE SANDWICH PARATHA ON TAWA WITH SOME BUTTER AND COOK WELL ON ALL THE SIDES. 8. SERVE HOT WITH GREEN CHUTNEY AND KETCHUP. NOTE: 1.PUT POTATOES FIRST ON THE SANDWICH AND NOT CUCUMBER, SO THAT WHEN HEATED IT DOES NOT RELEASE THE MOISTURE. 2.ALSO REMOVE THE PULP OF TOMATO AND THEN SLICE IT SO THAT WHEN COOKED IT DOES NOT RELEASE ITS WATER.
