Cleveland weather forecast for Monday, August 7, 2023. If you didn't love yesterday's storm chances...you probably won't adore today's. Yet again, the Storm Prediction Center has placed NE Ohio under a storm threat. The majority of the area is under a 'Slight Risk' for severe weather meaning scattered severe storms are a possibility. Why is this the case? Well, we have a cluster of showers and storms that will speed through the area this morning and another along and ahead of an approaching cold front. While we can't rule out all modes of severe weather, our primary threats appear to be gusty winds and heavy downpours which could lead to flash flood concerns. Today's a fantastic day to prep the rain gear. You really won't need it tomorrow unless you're up super early. Lingering showers are likely to start Tuesday; however, we'll quickly become sunny after that. Sunshine sticks are for the majority of Wednesday. If you're looking for outdoor plans to be made...I'd consider the second half of tomorrow (even though it'll be breezy) and Wednesday. Here is your 3-day Cleveland weather forecast. TODAY: Scattered storms expected. Upper 70s. TUESDAY: Lingering showers, breezy, and cooler. Mid to upper 70s WEDNESDAY: Sun and few clouds. Perfect.
