You only need a pair of dumbbells so you can do this legs workout right at home or at the gym. All experience levels can do this routine since it's about you pushing yourself to get to your next level. Progressional methods are doing more weight, doing more reps and limiting excess rest so there is always a way to get better. There are 10 exercises and you're getting as many reps as possible for 30 seconds long each with no rest in between exercises. You can use this leg circuit as a 1 round finisher at the end of your leg day or you can do 3-4 rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds for a full volume leg workout with dumbbells.
