How to make easy prawn curry/konju curry/shrimp curry/ Chemmeen Curry/ Prawn Masala/Easy Prawn Receipe/Prawn Masala Receipe INGREDIENTS Prawns- 500gm(cleaned & deveined) 2 medium size onion- chopped small Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tsp 2 medium size tomatoes- chopped Green chillies- 4 to 5 Few curry leaves Lemon size tamarind 1 inch piece ginger julienned Coconut milk- 1cup Spices Coriander powder- 1tablespoon Cumin powder- 1 tsp Methi seeds - 1 tsp Chilli Powder- 1 tsp Turmeric powder- 1 tsp Salt to taste Coconut oil(any cooking oil) First soak the tamarind in little water for 20 mins.Squeeze the tamarind, take the juice and discard the pulp. Add 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a pan,add methi seeds and let it splutter. Then add the chopped onions and slit green chillies till they are translucent. Add the coriander powder,cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder,curry leaves and fry for a minute. Then add the tamarind water and chopped tomatoes. Add 1cup water and salt to taste.Mix well. Now add the prawns and mix well. Cover and let it cook on sim flame for 15-20minutes. Now add the coconut milk,ginger julienned and some curry leaves.Cover and let it cook for another 10 mins. Prawn Curry is ready.
