Welcome back to ★MRZ'S WORLD★ Today I'm going to share the recipe of most easy ★Prawns Curry★Madam Chemmeen Curry★. It is very simple & easy method & ingredients used here are easily available in our kitchen. So do try this tasty & mouthwatering recipe & share your experience with me😊. INGREDIENTS Prawns / Shrimp : 300 Gm Turmeric Powder : ½ + ½ + ¼ Tsp Chilly Powder : 1+1½ Tsp Coriander Powder : 1 Tbsp Fenugreek Powder : ¼ Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste : ½ Tsp Coconut Oil : 4 +1 Tbsp Mustard Seed : 1+¼ Fenugreek Seed : ¼ Tsp Small Onion : 15 Grated Coconut :1 Cup Green Chilly : 4+1 Curry Leaves :4/5 Garlic : 3 Cloves Ginger : A Small Piece Tomato : 2 Tamarind : Lemon Sized Time Need To Marinate : 30 Minutes Time Need To Make Chemmen Curry : 30 Minutes FOR SEASONING ; Coconut Oil Curry Leaves TO MARINATE ; Prawns : 300 Gm (Shelled And Deveined) Chilly Powder : 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder : 1/2 Tso Ginger Garlic Paste :1/2 Tsp FOR GRINDING Grated Coconut : 1 Cup Shallots: 10 Ginger : A Small Piece Green Chilly : 1 Curry Leaves : 1 PREPARATION: Shell The Prawns, Devein And Clean Them. Drain The Water. To Make The Crushed, Make Slices Of The Shallots And Garlic,Ginger,Curry Leaves. -To Grind (Grated Coconut : 1 Cup,Shallots: 10,Ginger : A Small Piece ,Green Chilly : 1,Curry Leaves : 1). -Marinate Prawns Using Turmeric Powder, Chilly Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste And Salt. Mix Well And Keep 30 Minutes. -Make Tamarind Extract ( Tamarind + Water ). PROCESS: Heat Oil In A Claypot, Now Add Mustard Seed And Fenugreek Seed. Splutter Mustard Seed And Fenugreek Seed. Now Add The Crushed (Shallot Mix) And Fry On Medium Heat For 3 Mins. Add Green Chilly :4. Add All The Spice Powders, Give A Mix And Fry On Medium Heat For Spice Powderd Raw Smell Goes Away, Fry Till Oil Separates. Add Tomato :2 (Sliced) And Curry Leaves, Saute Well Cover And Cook Few Minutes Or Till Tomato Gets Cooked. Now Add The Marinated Prawns Give A Mix And Fry On Medium Heat For 3 Mins. Add Grounded Coconut Paste ( Coconut : 1 Cup, Shallots: 10, Ginger : A Small Piece, Green Chilly : 1, Curry Leaves : 1 ) With Enough Amount Of Water. Mix Well. Now Add Tamarind Extract ( Tamarind + Water ). Add 1 Cop Of Water, Add Salt And Mix Well. Give A Mix And Cover & Cook On Low Heat For 7 Or 10 Minutes Till The Prawns And The Gravy Are Cooked And Oil Separates. Add Fenugreek Powder And Mix, Now Our Prawns Curry Is Also Done. Remove From The Stove And Cover It. Heat Coconut Oil In A Pan, Add Mustard Seed And Let It Splutter. Now Add Some Sliced Shallots Or Onion, Once They Started Golden Brown Color, Lower The Flame. Add Curry Leaves And Turmeric Powder, Saute Till The Turmeric Powder Raw Smell Goes Away. Transfer The Roasted Items In The Curry. Mix Well, Cover It And Allow To Sit For Few Minutes Before Serving.
