Drumstick pickle, the pungent flavour of drumstick blends very well with the hot red chillies, spices, resulting in an aromatic and flavourful pickle. Tastes good with rice or any south indian tiffins like idli, dosa. Ingredients: Fresh red chillies(chopped) 1 Cup Fenugreek seeds 1 Pinch Garlic 9 Clove Salt 0 To Tamarind(soaked) 10 Grams Oil 4 Tablespoons Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoons Curry leaves 1 Springs Drumsticks 15 Piece Directions: 1. Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan, add fresh red chillies and saute it. 2. Add fenugreek seeds, 6 garlic cloves, salt and saute it for a minute. 3. Transfer into mixie jar and add tamarind, later blend to make a smooth paste. 4. Heat 3 tbs oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, 3 garlic cloves, drumsticks and saute it for 2 mins. 5. Add red chilly paste, little salt and mix thoroughly, check for seasoning. 6. Transfer into jar and keep aside for 3 days. 7. Now fresh red chilli and drumstick pickle is ready to serve.
