Tastes good with rice or any south indian tiffins like idli, dosa. Ingredients: Oil 4 Tablespoons Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoons Curry leaves 1 Springs Drumstick(pieces) 10-15 Piece Green chillies(chopped) 1/2 Cup Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoons Asafoetida 1 Pinch Coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoons Fenugreek powder 1/4 Teaspoons Tamarind juice 1 Cup Jaggery 1 Tablespoons Directions: 1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, drumsticks and saute it. 2. Green chillies, turmeric powder, asafoetida, coriander powder, fenugreek powder, tamarind juice, jaggery and mix it. 3. Place the lid and cook it for 15 mins on slow flame. 4. Now the green chilli drumstick pickle is ready to serve with roti or rice.
