Do The Nordic Curl AT HOME!!! vs Harop Curl

I have some weak hamstrings so I wanted to do the nordic curl at home to get in a little extra bodyweight hamstring work. HOWEVER, the nordic curl is very hard and it has a little brother called the harop curl... Lets talk about the harop curl vs nordic curl. The nordic curl is one of the hardest hamstring exercises you can do and you only need your bodyweight. But what if you can't do the nordic curl? Well, besides using the pushup self spot, this is where the harop curl exercise comes in to save the day. From what I can tell the harop curl is also called the razor curl and it basically comes down to hingeing at the hips in order to make the exercise easier. This is the beginner variation of the harop curl and the advanced version looks just like the nordic curl to me.
