Growing Giant Pumpkins 2023 Episode 5 - Vine Burying

Trying to grow a 2500lb Giant Pumpkin. Closed Captions available with extra information. EPISODE 5 - June 10th - June 19th June is a time of vine growth. As the plant gets bigger I train the vines to fill up the patch. At the base of each leaf roots grow, so to encourage that I apply a rooting hormone called CloneX, add a mix of Mycorrhizae fungi (Wallace WOW), Bone Meal, Azos, and Rootshield Plus, and then cover the vines with soil. Then I repeat that every few days. Pollinations are next.
