Rabdi Recipe|How to make Traditional Rabdi at home|Lachhedar Rabdi in Urdu&Hindi by Kitchen Climbers Ingredients: Full Fat Milk-1.5 Ltrs. Unsalted Pistachios-1 tsp Walnut - 1 tsp Sugar - 2.5 Tsp Saffron - 3 Pinch Cardamom - 3 No. Almonds - 1 tsp After a first boil, reduce and maintain low flame through out the process. Carefully remove thin layer of malia from the surface of the milk and collect it at the sides of the kadhai. Repeat the process in every 2 minutes. Add saffron and mix gently and continue the collecting malai from surface. Approximately after hour milk reduced to 250-300 ML. Now add Ilaichi (Cardamom) Powder, sugar and mix well. Cook for 5 more minutes and allow it to cook down. After completely cool down scratch the malai from the sides of kadhai add it into the milk and soak for 5 minutes.
