EAST WALNUT HILLS, Ohio (WKRC) - One person was killed and three others were injured after a crash on Columbia Parkway Friday morning. Police said around 5:30 a.m., 27-year-old Wanda Rodriguez was going west on Columbia Parkway on the overpass above Collins Avenue near William Howard Taft Road when she lost control of her car and crossed the double yellow line, striking an SUV going east. Rodriguez died at the scene. Four people in the SUV were hurt but they're expected to survive. Columbia and Collins were both closed down near the area of the crash. There was debris on Collins from the wreck. Columbia Parkway opened about four hours later. Police are still investigating.
