11 years ago when Vikas Pershad, Portfolio Manager, Asia Equities, M&G Investments, which had an AUM of nearly 400 Billion pounds (GBP) as of June'21, last appeared on TV, the Index was at 5800. Since then, the markets have grown leaps and bounds, but the Index composition hasn't changed much. Reliance Industries still remains the top-weighted stock, but Vikas says the top 10 stock composition on the Nifty, is soon to change! He has some words of wisdom for investors: Ask yourself for a stock you want to own but don't or missed buying. If you did own it, would you sell it today? If the answer's yes, then don't buy.
