“Hang In There”: Info Edge Founder Sanjeev Bikhchandani Advises Paytm’s Vijay Shekhar Sharma

In the age of ‘IPO Mania’ on Dalal Street, Paytm failed to enthuse investors and made a weak listing. Sanjeev Bikhchandani, Founder & Vice Chairman, Info Edge speaks on the recent trend of start-ups hitting the markets. He said that one needs to look at investing for the long term. On the profitability of the new age companies, he believes that all companies have to become profitable and that’s why they set up in the first place. He said that company founders must focus on building value and not valuation and advises Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma to ‘hang in there’ as Infosys, Facebook IPO also faced problems. Watch.
