10 Minute Full Body Kettlebell Workout with Obi Vincent

Short on time or looking to add a quick boost to your routine? This 10-minute kettlebell workout with‪@ObiVincent‬ is perfect for busy days or as a powerful finisher to your main workout. This workout will hit all the major muscle groups and get the heart rate up This is an EMOM workout meaning "Every Minute On the Minute". We will perform each of the 4 following kettlebell exercises for 40 seconds, followed immediately by 20 seconds rest. 1. KETTLEBELL SWING - Feet shoulder width apart or slightly wider and toes slightly facing outwards. Hinge at the hips whilst keeping back flat and chest open. Squeeze those hamstrings and glutes to get the kettlebell up. Advanced adaptation: bring the kettle overhead at the end of your swing for an American Kettlebell Swing. 2. GOBLET SQUATS - Hold a kettlebell close to your chest with both hands, feet shoulder-width apart. Squat down by pushing your hips back and bending your knees, then press through your heels to return to standing, keeping your chest up and core engaged. 3. KETTLEBELL CLEANS - Start with the kettlebell on the ground between your feet. Hinge at your hips to grab the handle, then drive through your legs and pull the kettlebell up, rotating it smoothly to rest in the rack position at your shoulder. Do 20 seconds one side followed by 20 seconds on the other side. 4. PUSH PRESS - Hold the kettlebell in the rack position at shoulder height. Dip slightly by bending your knees, then drive through your legs and press the kettlebell overhead in one smooth motion. Do 20 seconds one side followed by 20 seconds on the other side.
