In the Basement with Abby, E5: “After”

In the Basement with Abby, E5: “After”

Abby does the big reveal of her totally remodeled basement home office with her designer, Hill House Interiors and Design, in a video call. No more working at her dining room table: Abby’s stylish and inviting new basement office is open for business. Just like many people working from home, Abby struggled to find a space to get work done. Her basement home office wasn’t welcoming, so she worked at her dining room table. But, she was able to create a new space that inspires productivity thanks to the help of three local businesses. Helix Painting skim coated and painted the walls gray. PaperFace put up wallpaper for an accent wall. And Honey-Do Handyman Services assembled a credenza and replaced the light fixtures. Abby shows her new work from home space to Frances H., owner of Hill House Interiors and Design. She notes that the project was a smooth process; it stayed within budget and didn’t take up too much time.
