Day Twenty: Sidequest Sidetracking Location: Ebot's Rock, Phoenix Cave, Zozo Characters: Celes (30) Locke (30) Sabin (31) Edgar (31) Setzer (30) Terra (29) Gau (30) Shadow (31) Relm (29) Strago (31) Cyan (29) Time played today: 1:21 Total time played: 14:26 Steps Taken: 33,785 Okay, so I started up the day with Ebot's Rock. I cut out mostly all of it, because all it is, is finding coral to feed the treasure chest. You need about 23 as far as I know. Useless to show. Hidon wasn't too hard, but I forgot about bio, and how it poisons everyone. I am extremely shocked that I stole the thornlet, this is definitely a good file for steals... Although even if you don't get the thornlet now, you can fight hidon later on. I made sure to learn grandtrain, other than that he was quite easy. So I went through the cutscenes... Gungho, on and on... I left Thamasa and then I went down to Maranda, where I found the bird I was supposed to follow earlier. I met up with Lola, who had recieved a letter from her dead boyfriend, or actually Cyan. So I headed up to Zozo, and made my way to Mount Zozo. This is a great place for equipment at this point. Eventually I made it to the Wind Dragon. Easy fight, I thought I would have trouble but I didn't. Considering I had ice shields on, I would've died, had he used wind slash or something. I made my way to Cyan and got him to join, and I was out. Made sure to use warp to leave easier. Afterwords, I set up 8 characters with the exception of Relm and Terra, and equipped them with the best I had. I was ready for the Phoenix Cave, once I got in, I realized I was. The fights weren't too much trouble at all. I learned blow fish from a Phase along the way. I eventually got into a fight with the Red Dragon, it wasn't a hard fight. Grandtrain has become very useful. I learned level 4 flare from him too, just before he died. So I gained a blue magic spell out of it, on top of that, it missed everyone. Sweet deal. So I made my way to Locke, while he reveals the Phoenix magicite. We head back to Kohlingen (I've been spelling it wrong for so long...) and the cutscene with Rachel and all plays. The treasures that Locke finds from the cave are very useful. I left the village, ending day twenty...
