This play-along variation of stick control from 20-160 bpm allows you to control the tempo so you can practice at a speed to work on your technique and sound quality, as well as your overall chops (e.g., to improve your endurance and hand speed). When playing along with this video, focus on maintaining fluid and relaxed hands to develop consistency between your hands. If you want an extra challenge, try this on a drum kit and assign different limbs to the right and left stickings (e.g., left hand plays all left stickings on snare and right foot plays all right stickings on bass). Stick control skeleton can be played as a timing exercise that focuses on maintaining fluid and relaxed hands while playing rhythms derived from the hand-to-hand transitions in a normal stick control exercise.
