Hot Chocolate Breathing is another great mindfulness activity featured in the book, Breathe like a Bear, which is written by Kira Willey and illustrated by Anni Betts. I will read the story first, and then we will practice the breathing activity together. For this activity you may want to get an empty mug, as we are going to be pretending to drink hot chocolate!
