Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women DESCRIPTION: Ginger garlic mango pickle is a delicious Indian recipe served as a pickles and chutneys. This pickle is almost similar to avakai with an extra addition of ginger garlic paste, that adds a new taste to the pickle. INGREDIENTS: Mango 2 nos Oil ¼ cup Mustard seeds ½ tsp Cumin seeds ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste 2 tbs Turmeric powder ¼ tsp Mustard powder ¼ tsp Cumin powder 1 pinch Fenugreek powder 1 pinch Garlic 10 cloves Red chilly powder 1 tbs Salt 1 tbs METHOD: 1. Cut the wash and wipe mango, later into pieces. heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and switch off flame and keep aside for some time. 2. Place it on stove and add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, mustard powder, cumin powder, fenugreek powder, garlic, red chilly powder, salt, mango and mix nicely. 3. Transfer into jar and keep aside for 3 days. 4. Now ginger garlic mango pickle is ready to serve.
