Swanage Railway - 'Winter Warm Up' 28/12/2017

The perfect antidote to the post-Christmas blues, Swanage Railway hosted their annual 'Winter Warm Up' one-day event which saw 4 members of the railways' home-fleet and visiting engines in service on an intensive timetable, including 2 standard passenger services and a demonstration freight. On-loan from the Mid-Hants Railway, Ivatt Class 2 tank 41312 would once again rub shoulders with her previous stablemate, U Class 31806, an ex-MHR engine now based on the Dorset branch.
