Ryan L. Humphries sues Cool Runnings Express
The truck driver and company involved in the nine-vehicle I-75 crash are being sued for $10 million dollars. Bradley County attorney Ryan L. Humphries was injured in the crash and is filing suit against Benjamin Scott Brewer and Cool Runnings Express. The suit accuses Brewer of speeding, reckless driving, and failing to keep his vehicle under control.
