Brian Gallaher's family sues Benjamin Brewer after crash

The family of the Ocoee Middle School band director who was killed on I-75 over the summer is suing the truck driver involved. Benjamin Brewer crashed his tractor trailer into Brian Gallaher’s Prius and other vehicles June 25th. Now Gallaher’s family is seeking $11 million dollars. It’s the third lawsuit against the driver and the company he worked for, Cool Runnings Express.
