Heat Banaspati (palm oil based) in a frying pan and shallow fry the kababs, serve in a balti with chutney and raita. Frill Chicken Strips: Ingredients: Chicken breast 2 flattened cut into fingers Salt 1 tsp leveled Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp Mint leaves finely (chopped) 1 tbsp Green chilies (chopperised) 1 tsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Black pepper ½ tsp Chili powder ½ tsp Bread crumbs as required Eggs beaten 2 Cooking oil (palm oil based) for deep frying Method: Flatten chicken breast cut into fingers, marinate all above except bread and crumbs, dip in 1 beaten egg, coat in crumbs. Heat cooking oil (palm oil based) in a frying pan and deep fry, while frying beat another egg with 1 tbsp water and keep sprinkling the egg on the chicken, so it forms a frill, serve immediately.
