Add in egg & give it a good mix. Now add all dry ingredients & make smooth dough. Now portion it accordingly & roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Place in a tray with distance & bake it at 180C for 9 to 12 minutes. Crème Brulee Ingredients: Cream 700 grams Caster sugar 150 gm +little more for brulee Whole egg 1 Egg yolks 4 Vanilla extract ½ tsp Method: In a clean bowl, mix egg yolks, whole egg, sugar and vanilla extract. Keep aside. Heat cream on low flame and temper egg yolks. Mix thoroughly. Pour the ready mixture in small ramekins and arrange in a deep baking tray. Fill the tray with hot water half way up the ramekins. Bake it at 160 c for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and keep it in the chiller for few hours. Just before serving sprinkle some caster sugar on top ad torch it to caramelize little then sprinkle some more sugar again as second layer and torch it again till fully caramelized.
