Aloo Bonda|Bread Pakoda|Wada Pav| One Filling three recipes in Urdu & Hindi by Kitchen Climbers Aloo/Potato Mixture Ingredients: Boiled Potatoes - 500 g Green chilies - 7-8 No. Zeera/Cumin Seeds - 3/4 tsp Rayan/Mustard Seeds - 3/4 tsp Zeera/Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp G&G Paste - 1/2 tsp Salt as per taste Haldi/Turmeric - 1/2 tsp Oil - 1 Tbs Lemon Juice as per taste Curry Leaves - Few Coriander leaves - Few Mint Leaves – Few Procedure: Add oil, mustard seeds in a kadhai and fry till it crackles. Then add cumin seeds, G&G paste, curry Leaves and fry. Add turmeric, chopped green chilies, add boiled potatoes, smash the potatoes. Mix well, then add salt, zeera powder, add coriander and mint leaves. Add lemon juice just before switching of the flame. Now it is ready for the next process. Bread Pakoda Ingredients: Besan/Gram Flour - 200 g Bread Slices - 4 No. Red chutney Green chutney Salt as per taste Red chili powder - 1 tsp Cooking Soda – ¼ tsp Aloo Mixture Tomato sauce – 2 Tbs Procedure: Spread a layer of green chutney, then Potato Mixture, red chutney, and tomato ketchup to another bread slice and flip on to these layers. Now cut the sandwich diagonally. Now dip into a gram flour batter, deep fry in hot oil till you get desire color, maintain a medium flame throughout the process. Aloo Bonda/Bhajiye Ingredients: Besan/gramflour-200 g Aloo Mixture Balls Salt as per taste Red chili powder - 1tsp Cooking Soda – ¼ tsp Procedure: To the gram flour add salt, cooking soda, red chili powder and mix well. Now add water bit by bit and make it into a thick batter. Procedure: Dip aloo mixture balls in a gram flour batter, now deep fry till you get the desired color. Maintain medium flame throughout the process. Wada Pav Ingredients: Besan/Gram Flour - 200 g Ladi Pav - 5 No. Aloo Mixture Tikki - 5 No. Butter - 2 Tbs Salt as per taste Red chili powder - 1 tsp Red chutney Green chutney Cooking Soda – ¼ tsp Procedure: Dip aloo mixture patties in a gram flour batter, now deep fry till you get the desired color. Maintain medium flame throughout the process. Procedure: Add butter on a pan, place slit pav on top it and toast it. Apply green chutney on one side and place wada on top of it.
