30 Minute Full Body Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning Workout

Tap in with us for another kettlebell workout that will fire up the entire body and workout up a sweat. This workout is slight more advanced so we recommend slowing down each movement or follow Toya for modifications if certain exercises are too difficult. You can do this workout with 2 kettlebells or a single kettlebell if you don't have matching pairs. If you don't have kettlebells, you can use dumbbells as an alternative. Since this is more strength based, we do recommend going heavier with the weight to maximize this workout.
