Final Fantasy VI Advance - Part 025 Kefka's Tower - Skull Dragon & Final Grinding

The Skull Dragon is relatively simple. Ultima and Firaga will deal with it nicely. The boss afterwards was the main concern, and the reason I left to restock up and do a bit of AP grinding on my secondary party. Heading back in got me some more needed XP and AP. Setzer and Mog's healing still left something to be desired in the next part, but combined it was good enough for the fights I left for that party.
