Release of flying fox orphans at Batavia - Creche 3

Hand-raised flying fox orphans investigating the outside world for the first time, as the Woodford colony flies out overhead. Juveniles from last month's release can also be seen popping in for a snack and to socialise. Creche 3, March 5, 2017 ______ Filmed at Batavia Flying Fox Sanctuary in Woodford, Qld, Australia. ______ These animals are not pets, but protected wildlife in care under a rehabilitation permit.
