USWA Championship Wrestling – 8/18/90 (8/25) - WMC & Evansville feeds Dave opens the show Brian Lee & Don Harris v Ken Raper & TD Steel - Downtown Bruno joins commentary and says he wants Harris & Lee to be known as the Dream Team. VTR: Don Harris v Jeff Jarrett - Brian Lee runs in and they give Jarrett a spike piledriver on a chair. VTR: Brian Lee v Snowman - Snowman no-shows and Jeff Jarrett runs in to fight Lee. Don Harris & Downtown Bruno get involved right away and the threesome leaves Jarrett laying. VTR: Jeff Jarrett interview - Jarrett is bringing in a mystery partner Downtown Bruno, Jeff Gaylord, Brian Lee & Don Harris - Bruno claims he fired Scott Braddock and says Gaylord isn't panning out but he still sees something there. Gaylord is losing too many matches. Jeff gets mad and tosses Bruno over the desk. Don Kelly v Jeff Gaylord - Downtown Bruno is still at the desk and says Gaylord won't get away with attacking him. Brian Lee & Don Harris hit the ring and bloody up Gaylord with a chair. They hold Jeff while Buno slaps and kicks him. Gaylord is left laying. Downtown Bruno interview - Bruno gloats about the attack on Jeff Gaylord. VTR: Studio Tickets ad Dave & Corey Maclin run down Monday's card - Future Memphis Wrestling owner, Corey Maclin's debut. He's billed here as from radio station WLOK and is basically taking Bad Wayne Bright's role. Bill Culp & Ted Cortezzi from Goulds interview - They cut Jerry Lawler's hair in 1987. Ted doesn't want to do it again as it was too stressful. His friend Bill will cut the loser of the fall in this Monday's main event. VTR: Dirty White Girl v Tessa - MSC - Funny as most of this is intentionally pixilated out so you can't really tell what's happening. Tony Anthony & Dirty White Girl interview - If White Girl loses Monday in the cage she can't be a valet again. She calls out Tessa and they have a pull apart on the studio floor. Tessa interview - She tells Dirty White Girl to go back on the street corner where Dirty White Boy found her. That leads to another pull-apart. Jeff Gaylord & Eddie Marlin interview - Jeff Jarrett's mystery partner has stepped aside and Gaylord will now team with Jarrett against Brian Lee & Don Harris. Tony Anthony & Doug Gilbert v Keith Haynes & Freezer Thompson VTR: Jerry Lawler, Bill Dundee & Austin Idol v Eddie Gilbert, Doug Gilbert & Tony Anthony - MSC - Cage Match - Sam Lowe gets the keys to the cage and hands a metal suitcase to Eddie for a pin. The heels work over everybody until Eddie Marlin runs into the cage and tosses Lawler, Idol & Dundee baseball bats. Tony Anthony, Sam Lowe, Eddie & Doug Gilbert interview - Hot Stuff claims Lowe is a golden gloves champion known as Sugar Ray. The manager is boxing Eddie Marlin this Monday. Then VTR: Austin Idol v Jerry Lawler - MSC - Hair versus hair from 1987 where Lawler gets his head shaved. Eddie Gilbert shows this to promote Monday's hair match. Tony Anthony, Sam Lowe, Eddie & Doug Gilbert interview - This is an incredible lost segment. Eddie talks about how Jerry Lawler can't trust his partners on Monday. He then calls his friend John Gilliam to the desk. Eddie acts all buddy-buddy with him. The heels then pounce on John and hold him in a metal chair while Eddie shaves his head. The whole time Gilbert cackles and says "this is one of my best friends."
